Our mission

Since 2007, Keyneo has been the omnichannel retail disruptor. Our mission is to help retailers and brands, BtoC or BtoB alike, to rapidly transform and create omnichannel sales paths,unified, seamless and environmental friendly.

In May 2024, Keyneo joined the Generix family. Generix is a global business software company offering a broad portfolo of SaaS solutions and services in supply chain, finance, commerce and BtoB integration. Generix operates across 11 countries, with nearly 1,000 talents dedicated to best serve thier customers over the world. Keyneo and Generix Omnichannel Sales brought together form a new dedicatedy Generix subsidary offering a unified commerce portfolio of solutions and technologies Together, we cover the entiere consumer purchasing journey, from sale to delivery, across all channels.

Our business

We are the publisher and integrator of KeyBUILD New Retail, a SaaS platform for digital solutions (KeyBUILD New Retail). It has been deployed in over 5,000 outlets in France and abroad.

The platform includes 5 core solutions and numerous modules :

KeyBUILD New Retail is modular, fully API-enabled for a simplified integration, and mobile-first.
